Which email should I register with?
Use your official work email on your company domain (for example [email protected]). A personal email such as Gmail can proceed only after successful backend DNS TXT verification of the company domain. Without a matching verified business email or DNS proof, software claiming and verified vendor access remain blocked. A free listing or plain backlink never bypasses ownership verification.
What if my email domain does not match my website?
Use an official email on the company website domain, or complete DNS TXT verification to prove domain control. A mismatched email without DNS proof cannot receive verified-owner privileges or claim software.
My product is already on SoftwareHope. Should I sign up again?
No, please do not create a duplicate listing. Use Claim Your Product instead: verify with an official domain email and you get control of the existing profile, reviews and traffic.
What happens after I submit the form?
