Is listing on SoftwareHope really free?
Yes. Creating your vendor account, listing your products, managing your profile, viewing analytics and replying to reviews are free. No credit card is required and we charge 0% commission on the traffic and leads we send you.
Which email should I register with?
Use your official work email on your company domain (for example [email protected]). If its domain matches your website you are approved instantly. You can also register with Gmail or another personal email: we then ask you to prove you own the website by adding a personal verification code to it (a DNS TXT record, a meta tag or a small file). A plain link to SoftwareHope is not enough.
What if my email domain does not match my website?
Your application is still accepted but goes to manual review, which usually takes up to 24 hours, and has a higher chance of being rejected. Registering with an email on the same domain as your website, or proving website ownership, gets you approved instantly.
My product is already on SoftwareHope. Should I sign up again?
No, please do not create a duplicate listing. Use Claim Your Product instead: verify with an official domain email and you get control of the existing profile, reviews and traffic.
What happens after I submit the form?
You confirm your email with a 6-digit code, then complete your company and product details. If your email domain matches your website (or you proved website ownership) you get vendor portal access immediately. Otherwise our team reviews the application, usually within 24 hours, and emails you the result.
Can I list more than one product, or an IT service company?
Yes on both. Choose Software Product or IT & Services on the form, and you can add and manage as many listings as you need from one dashboard.
