Our Key Principles
1. Authenticity Above All
Every user review is manually and algorithmically audited. We cross-verify reviewer identities and confirmed employment to eliminate fake reviews, astroturfing, and paid competitor sabotage.
2. Unbiased Rating Methodology
Purchasing a paid vendor tier does NOT influence star ratings or user review scores. Rating algorithms are objective, transparent, and derived from customer feedback.
3. Complete Vendor Rights
Every vendor has the right to publicly respond to any review free of charge. If a review contains factual errors or terms-of-service violations, vendors can initiate a dispute through our moderation desk.
